Rockabye Baby Rentals delivers baby equipment directly to your Houston, Galveston, Austin or Georgetown Area destination, within our delivery areas. To check to see the delivery fee for your area, complete our quote request form with the zip code for your location or call and provide us with your zip code.

We do not have a retail store or showroom to "shop" for equipment. Self Pickup/Return is available with advance confirmation of an order. Self Pickup/Return times are by appointment only. We ask that clients do not show up without making advance arrangements, since we make deliveries, and you could arrive to a locked location and have to wait. All orders for full size cribs, compact cribs and toddler beds require assembly, these items are not available for Self Pickup or Airport Meet & Greet.

Delivery rates are as follows:

January 16 through October 31 - Zone 1 - $30, Zone 2 - $40, and Zone 3 - $50
Outside normal business hours is available by special arrangement and will incur additional cost.

November 1 through January 15 - Zone 1 - $35, Zone 2 - $45, and Zone 3 - $60 Outside normal business hours is available by special arrangement and will incur additional cost.

Equipment not returned as scheduled, will incur additional fees for repeated pick up attempts, as well as additional daily rental rates for each day beyond the scheduled pick up time/date. Refunds are not provided for On-Site Cancellation and/or "No Show" for Self Pickup.

Our normal Delivery/Pick up window is between 9AM - 1PM, Monday-Friday. We can accommodate other times by appointment. We do not offer Delivery or Pick up services on Holidays. Afterhours and Weekend delivery/pick up may incur additional fees. During peak dates, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break, we do expand our delivery/pick up hours but cannot guarantee specific times. In order to accommodate all customers during peak dates we can only guarantee the date and will call prior to arrival so you will know we are on the way. If you must have equipment at specific times we encourage you to schedule delivery the day before your need or the day following your guest's departure.

Renting a car at the Airport? While we are happy to provide equipment via Airport Meet & Greet, due to continued loss/theft, we no longer will permit our equipment to be left in the care of car rental companies. We are happy to arrange to meet you at the car rental counter or terminal to deliver and pick up car seats and equipment, needed during your stay in Austin or Houston. Clients must notify Rockabye if their schedule changes, so we can arrange to meet you. Any client leaving Rockabye gear in rental cars will automatically incur an additional 1-week rental fee to cover the cost of equipment recovery efforts. Any equipment that cannot be retreaved, will be considered lost and renter will be charged for full replacement value of the equipment in addition to all rental costs.

Zones 2 and 3 require an $80 minimum order in addition to Delivery Fee. Zip code is required to provide an accurate delivery quote. Our normal business hours are Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5:30PM, although we do have a representative 'on call' evenings and weekends. Additional fees may apply for delivery/pick up outside business hours, outside delivery areas, etc.

Due to liability, Rockabye personnel cannot install car seats or assist with installation of car seats. Instructions are provided. However, if you are unsure about the installation, we strongly encourage you to stop at any Fire or Police Station to request assistance.
